Ingredients ½ 1× 2× 3×

• 4 cups good bread flour
• ⅓ cup soft butter and ⅓ cup sugar
• 2 eggs, 1 cup warm milk and 1 tablespoon yeast
• For the filling: 1 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons cinnamon, ⅓ cup soft butter
• ¼ cup liquid whipping cream to pour over before baking
• For the frosting: 150 g cream cheese, ½ cup icing sugar, 2 tablespoons butter and vanilla

Instructions

1. Knead the flour with the milk, yeast, sugar, eggs and butter for 10 minutes into a smooth dough and let it rise for an hour
2. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle ½ cm thick
3. Spread with the soft butter, then scatter the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly and press lightly
4. Roll up tightly from the long side, then cut with dental floss into 12 equal pieces
5. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them prove for 25 minutes until they touch
6. Pour the warm cream between the rolls, then bake at 180°C for 22 minutes until golden
7. Beat the cream cheese with the butter, icing sugar and vanilla into a smooth frosting
8. Spread the frosting over the hot rolls as soon as they come out and serve warm
